Refund Policy

Medlyn provides you an efficient Refund policy :

Medlyn and/or its affiliates ("Medlyn", the "Company", "we", "us", and "our") respect the amount you pay on Medlyn and is committed to protecting it through its compliance with its refund policies. This policy describes:
a. If you book a service using Online Payment method & cancel it from your end before the order is accepted by Service Provider, then the amount will be reflected on your Wallet, which you can use on Medlyn or even transfer to your bank account.
b. If you book a service & the order gets cancelled by Service Provider, then the amount will be reflected on your Wallet, which you can use on Medlyn or even transfer to your bank account, if you paid through Online Payment method. But if the order is successful then there is no way of refund for the amount you paid.
